An Early Mothers Day Gift




Today I called and talked with our agency and got a nice surprise! After a recent trip to Korea our agency was able to get updated pictures and video of Samara. They will be arriving in the mail this week- but to get me by they sent me a few photos via email.
I asked if there was any new news regarding our travel timeline, and while they can not guarantee anything it is possible that we may be a month sooner than we thought. Korea submitted EP's (exit permission) for November babies at the end of April, we are considered a December baby so hopefully, that means we will be submitted at the end of this month. We won't know for sure until early June but I can't help but get my hopes up. This could mean we could travel as early as July. I know I shouldn't get my hopes up because I've seen enough to know things just don't always go the way you think- but I can't help it, I want her home so badly! Come on Korea submit that paperwork.

    She is getting big, but still totally adorable! I LOVE that she's into the phone. So cute. It's nice that we're getting photos, videos and hopefully health updates now - it will help pass the time. Then. . . we go get them!!! Hang in there just a little bit longer. Happy Mother's Day. :)

    She is absolutely beautiful. What a perfect Mother's Day gift, right? I hope you get to go sooner than expected, you never know.... we miss you guys so much and seeing pictures like this makes us that much more home sick (not that she's home quite yet but I'm sure the mood around your house and tomorrow with family will be so chipper).
